Healthy power can be characterized as the use of forms of leverage that create generative, win-win outcomes that are inclusive and mitigate harm equally for all involved. Healthy power doesn’t create victims of collateral damage.
The Healthy Power Framework is a methodology to help leaders make decisions that influence positive outcomes while avoiding harm. This includes building skills to confront abuses of power while also learning to do the “inner work” needed to lead with integrity.
